Title: Production Supervisor
Team(s): Verde 1
Reports To: Production Manager
Hours: M-F, 2:00pm-10:30pm.

Overview:
The Production Supervisor will oversee our meat production operations.  They will supervise and coordinate the activities of the workers engaged in all areas of ground beef production and steak fabrication.  They will oversee the scheduling of workers and the tracking of labor hours worked.  In addition, they will review and manage production yields.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, analyze and resolve work problems or give assistance to workers to help them problem solve
• Immediately reports or corrects any production problems during shift
• Involved with all production planning and coordination to ensure orders are filled properly in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining the highest standards for all raw material and equipment – preparation for production readiness and inspection
• Ensures daily workflows result in meeting the production target for the day
• Issues instruction and training to ensure safety of all line workers and operators
• Communicate and implement changes with Quality Director and Technicians to ensure all sanitization requirements are met
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Experience supervising people and processes 
• Experience in beef processing preferred
• Knowledge of HAACP and sanitation methods preferred 
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly collaborative, perceptive, operates with integrity
